Today I ate an egg sandwich, to which I did not poach the egg but fried it, plus two hot dogs with mustard. Later, I had some pumpkin and a baked sweet potato, which where delicious! Finally, I had some beans. A simple account of what I ate today. I am still hungry! Trying to shrink my stomach and decrease portions. Fun.
I still have soo many tempting treats from Christmas....having a hard time even starting up with a eating change....arg...

Hi Beth - great start - try replacing some of the carbs with raw veggies like carrot, raw fruit - apples. They will fill you up for longer. Also try some nuts and seeds
ReplyDeleteThanks Paul! I will do that. Carrots and apples are some of my fav raw veggies, along with beetroot. I like nuts, but we are on a budget, lol.
